Student Death Notice
We regret to inform the campus about the passing of UW-Stout Polytechnic graduate student, Andrew "Andy" Johnson, 32, of Menomonie. Andy graduated in 2025 from UW-Stout Polytechnic with a B.S. in Food Science & Technology. He was currently enrolled as a graduate student in the M.S. Food Science & Technology program. 

A visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Menomonie.  A full obituary is available. 

The Bowman Clock Tower bell will ring in Andy's honor on September 10 at 11:00 am. Our thoughts and prayers are with Andy's family and friends.
